At Coterie Brooklyn, we want you to love every piece in your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all home decor pieces are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our Brooklyn studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
